The Undersigned and Table Partner(s) assume the entire
responsibility and liability for injury, losses, damages and claims arising out
of injury, damage, loss, claims or theft to themselves, attendees, exhibitors,
displays, merchandise, equipment or other property brought upon or sent to the
premises of the Fairgrounds as well as damage done to the Fairgrounds or
exposure to any disease and shall INDEMNIFY,
RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS
Russell B. Fierce and the Fairgrounds, their agents, and employees from any and
all losses, liabilities, damages and claims including but not limited to
exposure or infection from COVID-19 or other diseases.
